Regift Co Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by RegiftCo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with Regift Co, including sending items for resale or purchasing items from our platform, you (“User”, “Sender”, or “Buyer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Item Submission and Ownership
• Regift Co covers all shipping costs for items submitted for resale.
• Upon receipt, the item becomes the sole property of Regift Co. We reserve the right to determine its resale strategy, including pricing, marketing, and presentation, without prior notice to the sender.
2. Payment and Transactions
• All financial transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal or electronic bank transfers (e-transfers).
• Upon sale of a submitted item, Regift Co will remit 60% of the net profit to the original sender. Net profit is defined as the final sale price minus applicable fees, taxes, and operational costs.
3. Returns and Refunds
• Regift Co accepts returns from buyers; however, refunds are not issued. Instead, buyers will receive store credit equivalent to the returned item’s value.
4. Shipping Liability
• Regift Co is not liable for any shipping-related incidents, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage during transit.
5. Brand Messaging and Notes
• Senders are encouraged to include a humorous or personalized note with their item. If no note is provided, Regift Co reserves the right to compose and include one on the sender’s behalf, in alignment with our brand tone.
6. Buyer Incentives
• Buyers will receive a 15% rebate on their next purchase, issued as a credit code upon completion of a qualifying transaction.
7. Sales Timeline
• Regift Co does not guarantee a specific timeframe for item resale. Items may remain listed until sold or otherwise removed at our discretion.
8. Item Guarantees
• Regift Co makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or suitability of items sold.
9. Damaged Item Protocol
• If an item arrives at Regift Co in a damaged state due to shipping, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender without obligation or liability.

10. Amendments
Regift Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
